Apple Crisp

This recipe was given to me by my Sister and is a family favorite. My family loves the top-crust so I always double it. If you pat it down 'very hard' with your hands, once refrigerated it becomes very hard and delicious just like a sugar cookie. : )I recently made this to take to Thanksgiving dinner and wasn't able take a photo of the inside. So, the photo only shows the delicious top crust. : )
