  • 4 medium golden delicious apples, peeled & cored and sliced into rounds
  • 1/2 cup apple juice
  • 1/4-1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (i use 1/2 tsp)
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg (this is my addition)
