Basic European Pancakes

25 mins (prep 10, cooking 15)
10 ingredients
6 servings
I'm calling these "European" Pancakes as opposed to the ones i have come to know as American Pancakes, because mine are thin and about 8" in diameter, instead of small, thick and fluffy. They are known all over Europe, the French call them Crepe, the Dutch Pannenkoeken and the Austrians and Czech Palatschinken. They can be sweet or hearty - i add apple slices for my favourites.
