A Yummy looking and tasting Barley and Shrimp casserole from www.barleyfoods.comI hadn't tried barley much, just what is in canned soupd growing up, and after eating this I have to wonder why it is not more widely used.Barley is very good and this is a scrumptious way to fix it!It might need more liquid, mine seemed a bit dry.Try adding it at the end though, so you don't accidentally get it to soupy.
