Baby backs are very expensive, so ruining a batch is not fun. Plus, you have to come up with something else to serve. This recipe is not difficult, and allows the beginning rib cook to be successful the first time out, and serve tender, delicious ribs.

  • 1 recipe bbq sauce, or 1 12 cups bottled (garland jack's, sweet baby ray's)
  • 1 small bag charcoal + a bag of hickory chips
