Very easy and yummy dinner that you can customize in your own way or just do it like the recipe shows! I've used more meat and/or noodles if I wanted it to be thicker, I would put about 1.5 lbs of meat and 2+ cups of macaroni.I've added a small can of sliced mushrooms and a handful or 2 of chopped onions to change it up a bit and that tasted great as well! You can also try different kinds of spaghetti sauces! You can also use ground turkey for this!
