I wanted some beef ribs, but it was too cold to fire up the smoker/grill, so I threw this together. It takes several hours to cook, but it's well worth it! Start this the night before for best flavor. You could make this on a smoker/grill, too. {Follow mfg.'s directions) I would suggest using Oak Chips, if smoking them.
