  • combine olive oil, soy sauce, ginger root, garlic(minced) and molasses.
  • cut thin slices of beef and place in marinate 4-6 hours or overnight.
  • when ready to cook; make rice according to pkg
  • cut vegetables into thin, bite-sized pieces. place 1 t oil in wok - stir fry beef until cooked through; remove from pan. stir fry vegetables for 5-10 min until crisp-tender. add beef back into mix and heat thoroughly;
  • serve over rice
