  • preheat oven 250*
  • (slooow cooking)
  • put oil in heavy skillet over medium-high heat
  • brown (2-inch cubed) beef in oil
  • put (browned) beef in 10cup casserole with lid
  • combine the red wine & guar in the blender for 10 seconds +\-
  • pour mixture over beef
  • add salt - paprika-oregano-onion-mushrooms & green peppers to casserole dish
  • stir once & cover with lid
  • put in oven 5 hours
  • ( if you want the sauce thicker you can boil it down in a saucepan after its done cooking & out of theoven )
