  • **1 cup of the all natural juicy juice welch's grape juice, which is loaded with vitamin c. no sugar and no artificial preservatives or flavors! it's has awesome and the kids love to drink it!
  • **dannon light and fit vanilla, this has 0 sugar added, and 0 fat...you can use any flavor of your choice or any yogurt you have in your fridge, i like this one, bc it's one of the lowest calories that i could find and you can buy it in 32 oz.
