This recipe was given to me from a good friend who owns a bakery. She makes this recipe every morning. I had to ask about the name...Blueberry cakes, with berries in and on top, are called buckles because the fruit, batter and crumbs bump into each other in the oven, causing the cake to “buckle.” It is delicious, that's all I know. I especially like this recipe because it has walnuts in the crumb topping.
