Fresh or frozen blueberries makes this a lovely purple color and nice flavor. I use 1 TB jam and 2 TB soy milk but can add more jam if want it sweeter. I use molly mc butter sometimes instead of the butter my mom always put in my oatmeal. Use sugar free jam if sugar is a concern.
