Chicken Tagine With Apricots and Spiced Pine Nuts

This recipe is from Algerian chef Farid Zadi. I used it on week five of my food blog, "Travel by Stove." I am attempting to cook one meal from every country on Earth, and Algeria is my fifth stop. A tagine is traditionally cooked in an earthenware tagine pot, but this recipe is delicious even when cooked in an ordinary stock pot.
