This is a hearty chili with so much flavor your mouth will love you for it...It's not spicy hot...I leave that to the individual to add Jalepeno's or whatever garnish they want to heat it up. I spent some time trying to duplicate mom's whose flavor was the best and by using ground Sirloin it has a bold beefy flavor while keeping it low on fat, so you can eat more of it, cuz you're going to want too!...That's okay, this makes a lot, so you can freeze whatever leftovers, if any, you may have. It's important to know, NOT to use seasoned beans...tastes too much like canned chili...yuck!
