Serve with Coconut Icing.-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------These are very small as is as I used whole walnuts and processed them down. If you used 1 cup of already processed walnuts you'd get much more. I didn't have cupcake holders so I lined shot glasses with plastic wrap to make these. I was able to get enough to fill 4 - 1 oz. shot glasses.
