Probably more cobbler than pie, but whatever it is AMAZING. I love making this when we have company, because it makes the house smell wonderful. It is a great dessert at the Holidays, because it doesn't take up oven space when you have so many other things to cook. It is great with fresh whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
