  • sour cream, make it light or fat free if you prefer.
  • some good low calorie cheese the one i have in the ingrediants are the best i could find.
  • nice crispy lettuce.
  • any type of sliced turkey is good. they all have high protien low fat and low calories.
  • some ripe peppers. or any types of vegetables you prefer.
