I found this recipe at www.suite101.com, while searching for popsicle recipes for my boys, they really enjoyed these. Everybody popsicle molds differs in size, so I can't calculate how much it will make. My popsicle mold holds 1/3 of a cup, and I doubled this recipe and it gave me approximately 7 popsicles Cook time DOES NOT reflect freezing
