Any kind of rice can be used, but I particularly like Brown Rice done this way. Load it in oven and forget it, while you can do something else AND the house smells Good.

  • 1 cup of rice (any) to 2 cups of water.
  • in the sm. roaster, i'm usually doing
  • 2 c rice with 4 c water.
  • add spices if desired.
