I had a taste for tamales one night but didn't want them fixed "as usual", that was just boring to me. I thought about what I could do with the ones I had and came up with this. Fast, easy, and so tasty good!Just serve them up with your favorite taco toppin's and you are ready to go!You don't have to cook them for a certain amount of time either before they are safe to eat.This recipe would be so-so easy to double or triple.I would do this in the oven though, they may dry out.
