I decided the other day I would try and make some Croissant. So I looked through the Internet for a recipe that sounded delicious and easy to follow. There are loads. I choosethis one. Don't be put off by all the instruction, it is very easy to follow.I only made a little change. Insted of using 2 packages of dry yeast I only used 1, thought that would be too much for the amount of flour used.It come out great. This recipe I got on a website and come from the book of Bernard Clayton's Complete Book of Small Breads. The time to prepare is an estimate.
