This is not your ordinary plain chicken salad.

  • 1 cup non fat plain yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons of mayo(miraclewhip)
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh chives
  • juice from one wedge of lemon
  • 1 apple diced with skin
  • 1 medium red sweet onion
  • 1/2 cup of seedless grapes
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/4 cup of celery
  • cover and refridgerate for 4 hours before serving. i eat this on a bed of spinach lettuce for lunch. you can also use it on whole wheat bread for a tasty delightful lunch.
  • each serving is about 3/4 cup.
