This is a really easy recipe for parties or carry-in-dinners. I love making this dessert/snack.

  • fourth of a cup for the following:
  • tangerines (mandrin oranges)- drained
  • fruit cocktail
  • pineapple chunks- drained
  • slices of banana
  • slices of apple
  • and one serving of dry lemon pudding (from box) just mix it all together and enjoy!
  • *you don't have to drain the fruit but i like to because i feel there is less sugar and it tastes less sweet. you can even add blueberries or strawberries if you like. yummy!
