I searched all over the internet for a gluten free version of hamburger helper/casserole. I ended up making my own and came up with something delicious! My DH is gluten-intolerant and a very picky eater so I had to keep it simple. I think it could be even better with stewed tomatoes added in, even chili beans if you want to lean more towards a Chili Mac type casserole. Add some crushed gluten-free crackers on top for some crunch.Enjoy!
