This Mac and Cheese is one of my college roommates Grandmothers recipe, it is super easy (no roux :) and it is always delicious! Hope you enjoy this dish. Even if you aren't that fond of Mac & Cheese, this recipe will win you over. Makes a great side dish or a meatless meal. If you don't like chilies, it is just as good if you omit them.
