  • mix together 1can cream of chicken soup 98% fat free, 1/2 soup can water, 1 can (4oz) diced green chilis, large pinch dried chopped onion. cook in microwave on high until hot and thick.
  • in 1 1/2 qt casseole layer 2 c shredded chicken, 4 oz corn chips, 1-2 chopped tomatoes, & 1 c shredded cheddar cheese twice. pour soup mixture over all.
