I made this as written but for 1/2 of the recipe for a 1 lb flank steak. 22 yo DD loved this steak and took the leftovers with her back to her apt. I thought it was very good, but a bit on the sweet side for me, but that may have been because I had to use regular orange marmalade, as it was what I had on hand.
