I acquired this recipe from a wonderful cook at Y.O.Ranch in Kerville, Texas. I worked there one summer at a camp they had on the ranch. This was as a memorable time in my life, and I'm still friends with some of the counselors I worked with. This recipe is a little different, but has always been a hit!
