I just threw together some autumnal foods that sounded good to me and it came out pretty good. Feel free to add some cayenne to kick it up if you like spicy, but I thought the flavors were great as is. I did not include the cook time for the squash as it will vary depending on the size of the squash, and this step can easliy be done ahead of time.(Can be made vegetarian {and healthy} by simply omitting the sausage)
