This recipe is out of a book I got from a yard sale called Betty Crocker's New Choices Cookbook. This was a BIG hit with my family (even my husband and oldest daughter who are two of the PICKIEST eaters you would ever want to meet) and was absolutely delicious! I was very surprised because I do not like mustard but I couldn't really taste the mustard and it tasted very similiar to my regular meat loaf with all the fat!
