This version of Strawberry Satin Pie has it all: a smooth custard filling, fresh strawberries, and a low-fat crust. This one tastes delicious, and won't ruin your diet. I just use a little sugar-free Jello as a glaze, but you could substitute your own favorite low-cal strawberry glaze.
