I found this recipe on Obesity Help. The recipe was posted by Hunniebear. I have not tried this recipe, but I'm posting it for safe keeping.

  • 1/2 cup dry oatmeal (i use trader joe's steel cut oats)
  • 1/2 cup almond flour (also from trader joes)
  • 6 tablespoons protein powder (6 scoops, i use pure protein 100% whey)
  • 3 tablespoons flax seeds
  • 1 cup non-fat powdered milk
  • 1 cup slivered almonds (or whatever almonds you have)
  • 5 tablespoons unsalted almond butter
  • 1 cup davinci sugar free flavored syrup
  • 1/2 cup water
