I clipped this article out of the paper, and don't have a clue who Helen is, but wanted to give her credit for this yummy spice bread. Make in small loaves pans for a great, and easy gift. To make healthier, remove all oil and replace with applesauce; use egge replacement, or egg whites; or replace some of the flour with whole wheat flour.
