Ingredients

  • marinate and cook the pork roast and vegetables in the oven bag. start a new tradition for thanksgiving. find renee’s gourmet™ marinade in the meat counter of the supermarket.
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) five roses all purpose flour
  • 1 large look®! oven bag
  • 1 (1.2-1.5 kg) boneless pork loin roast
  • 4 each medium potatoes and carrots, cut into 1in (2.5 cm) pieces
  • 1 large onion, cut into wedges
  • 1 bottle (354 ml) renee’s gourmet™ herb medley marinade
  • sprinkle flour in oven bag and place in 13x9in (33×23 cm) baking pan. place pork and vegetables in bag. pour marinade over all. seal bag with plastic twist-tie and refrigerate 12-24 hours.
  • cut six ½in (1 cm) slits in top of bag. proceed according to package directions. bake at 325°f (160°c) about 1 ½ hours or internal temperature registers 160°f (70°c) on instant read thermometer
  • slice pork and serve with vegetables and pan drippings.
  • serves 6-8.
