Submitted to the fatfree.com website by Irene Schmidt. Her comments: "This bread has nice nutty flavor, thanks to the flax seeds. It is good enough to be eaten plain, but sometimes I make a banana sandwich: slice a banana lengthwise, place on a slice of bread, sprinkle some cinnamon and place another slice of bread on top.
