  • dry ingredients
  • 3/4 cup bran
  • wet ingredients:
  • 3/4 cup of milk with 2 tbsp of vinegar combined to sour the milk
  • 1 cup of packed brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 4 medium very ripe bananas, mashed
  • preheat oven to 400 degrees f. line 12 muffin cups with muffin liners. combine all the dry ingredients, mix well. in a separate bowl, combine all the wet ingredients, and mix well. make a well in the middle of the dry ingredients, and add the wet ingredients. combine just until everything is mmixed together. pour batter in to muffin cups. bake for 17-20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean
