As alot of you know this, some cars have V-8 motors and some people call them " Hot Rods ". I had some V-8 juice that needed to be used up and I wanted chili, so this recipe and the name for it was was born.Like a V-8 motor this chili has a bit of a kick. I can't take the credit for naming this, my SO came up with the title.:) Depending on how thick or thin you like your chili, just adjust the amount of V-8 juice. And then adjust the seasonings according to your tastes.
