I usually use half sweet italian sausage and half hot. *I add Nature's Seasoning as my seasoning of choice, it's a blend of "Salt, Black Pepper, Sugar, Spices, Natural Onion Flavor, Natural Garlic Flavor, Parsley, Celery Seeds".
