This was a very tasty guacamole. I loved the combination of the onions, serrano chilies, and cilantro. It had a bit too much lime for my taste so next time I will only add 1/2 to 1 tablespoon. Thanks for the great recipe. Made for Fall 2009 Pick-A-Chef.
