This is a great filling soup that helps you get your veggies and makes you feel fuller. It is a combination Weight Watcher and the Taco Soup. While I added my favorite veggies, this is a great soup to add any other veggies you enjoy. It is the broth that makes all veggies taste so yummy! Enjoy!
