This appetizer can have a nice little kick (or not if you prefer). Marinated in a bit of jalapeno (optional), lime, and cilantro. This isn't really to hot, just a nice juicy, wonderful, and flavorful. Just marinate for a couple hours or overnight. Especially nice and pretty sitting on the table with the brightly colored toothpicks for easy mouth access. Also some pretty crackers, cucumbers can be used for perching of shrimp.
