  • cover the bottom of a frying pan or wok with evoo, heat until very hot, add one pound of chicken breast sliced thinly. cook for 5 minutes or until chicken is lightly brown or cooked through. add one of each sliced thinly, yellow or orange pepper, green pepper, red onion, carrots, broccoli and waterchestnuts. once this are half cooked add in the kikkoman's stry fry sauce, simmer until veggies are cooked.
  • serve over brown rice.
