This is the best blueberry dessert I've ever had. You could probably make healthy substitutions, like using wheat flour, egg substitute, and margarine (for the cake; margarine's too soft for the topping), to cut down to down the calories. Oh, and don't be worried if the cake looks kind of green! That's from the blueberries and it's totally normal. :-)
