  • 1 cup milk, hot
  • 1/2 cup margarine, melted
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 cup mashed potatoes (we make up a cup of instant but if you have the real thing, they work just as good)
  • 1.5 (1/3 ounce) dry yeast (proof it in the next ingredient)
  • 1/4 cup water (warmed up but not too hot)
  • 2 eggs, well beaten
