The Pork comes out real moist and full of flavor. The only way you'll be able to tell that it wasn't smoked outside, is by the lack of smoke flavor. However, when you don't have a smoker available, this is the next best thing. To eat the sandwich "Carolina Style" place some Slaw on top of the meat in the sandwich, and serve baked beans on the side. I served it with Potato Salad.You may not be a fan of making Pulled Pork in an oven, because you'd rather be smokin' it outside.
