Ingredients

  • start with flax and quaker wheat bran.
  • add cinnamon, splenda (approx 8-10 pkg) or about two tblsp of sugar kind, add two heaping scoops of natural peanut butter ( kraft brown lid if you want a runny one that actually spreads) and add enough water to these ingediant to bind.
  • make thick or thin cookies at 400 degrees for 20-25 min.
