Ingredients

  • sautee the mushrooms and onions in olive oil and butter until soft. then add 2t flour and cook for a couple of minutes. add broth and mix well. when this mixture boils, add cream and cheese. if you like, you can add a shot of hot sauce - i think it helps balance the sweet cream sauce. add pasta to sauce and serve hot! i made this out of stuff i needed to clean out of the fridge, and my family loved it!
