From the crispy crust of the potatoes on the outside, to the moist delicious meat loaf, to the creamy tangy spinach center, this is a meal even your veggie hating kids will love and ask for again! This can be made ahead up until almost the last step and then popped in the oven for dinner.There is a bit of prep involved but a lot of it is done simultaneously.
