Oh-so-wonderful cakey cookies that slightly "puff" when baked. I love making these in March to celebrate the coming of warm weather. Spring is also the sugaring season, making it a great time to revel in maple flavor! You can add a 1/4 cup more syrup to the recipe for additional sweetness.
