One of my "working mother" recipes - quick and easy to make, and the kids love it. They still ask for it when they come home for vacations. The recipe is for one whole chicken, cut into eight. I usually double it, and for big dinners even triple it.Try it with different types of honey - each type gives it its own distinctive taste.Serve with plain white rice pilaff, and pour the chicken sauce over the rice.Usually used for the oven, it's also great as a marinade for barbecued chicken, chicken wings or chicken breasts.
